Pricing details & information
All prices shown on the website are net of Value Added Tax and any other taxes or duties.
Each license is assigned to a mailbox that benefits from CodeTwo Email Signatures On-prem. For example, a mailbox whose emails receive CodeTwo signatures or automatic replies, are forwarded, or are otherwise processed by the program (e.g. subject/sender modification, attachment removal, sensitive content filtering, etc.).

Additional licenses
The price for additional licenses is the same as the price for new licenses. Go through the first two steps of the order form or request a quotation to calculate the cost of additional licenses.
Note that when adding licenses, your original subscription period remains unchanged. For that reason, the price for additional licenses is reduced proportionally to the remaining period of your current subscription.
Subscription renewal
The subscription for CodeTwo Email Signatures On-prem needs to be renewed annually. We will notify you by email in advance of the subscription’s expiration date.
To renew your subscription, go to the order form.
If you do not renew your subscription before it expires, all rules configured in the program will stop working. This means the program will no longer add signatures or control mail flow in your organization (however, your emails will not be blocked in any way).
Adding new licenses while your current subscription is active does not change your subscription renewal date.
Free trial version
A free 14-day trial version of CodeTwo Email Signatures On-prem can be downloaded here. The trial version has the same features as the full version of the program. If you need more time to test the program, please contact us.

Ordering details
You can pay for the software by credit/debit card, wire transfer or send us a purchase order. Credit/debit card payments are handled by PayPal (Braintree). Submitting your credit card information on CodeTwo's website is safe as our order system uses only TLS encrypted and verified connections to process your payment. CodeTwo does not store your credit card information in any form. CodeTwo is PCI compliant.

All customers with a valid support contract for CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2016/2019/Pro are eligible for a free one-year subscription to CodeTwo Email Signatures On-prem. Contact us to learn more
If you don’t have a valid support contract but own a license for any product from the CodeTwo Exchange Rules family, you can get a discount on your first-year subscription to the new product. This allows you to benefit from its advanced features – like managing automatic replies, controlling email attachments, adding an unsubscribe link to emails, and more – on Exchange Server SE.
